Industrial Processing Facility and Offices
This is a 6,200 square metre processing centre developed by Perth Airport (formerly Westralia Airports Corporation) for Patrick Autocare.
The project incorporates a main processing building and 1,300 square metres of commercial office space over two floors and four separate support buildings on a 18.5 hectare site on Perth Airport land.
DnA Architects provided full design and documentation services within a tight time frame and budget to the complete satisfaction of the client and tenants.
Tenders returned on budget with innovative architecture. Handover July 2010, official Opening Ceremony 23 November 2010.
One of the design features is a dramatic 10 metre by 15 metre cantilevered structure with translucent cladding which is backlit to form a dramatic ‘lantern’ effect.
This is an exemplar of how DnA Architects deliver quality design in all projects including the unexpected, much to the delight of our clients and users.
