Mixed Use – Commercial and Multi-Residential
96 Mandurah Terrace is a 35,000 square metre mixed use project with 116 apartments in a 18 storey building and a five storey 4,000 square metre commercial building with a restaurant and small retail area facing the street.
There are three levels of concealed car parking, a gym, cafe and landscaped shared space podium area with pool.
The design is a landmark project marking the commencement of Mandurah central.
The masterplan included a public pedestrian link through the site for access to the beach, which would also activate the central piazza between the residential and office building.
This was an equal joint venture with Banham Architects who designed the office building.
A Development Application was lodged in 2008.
